Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Since our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, some items may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.
